This post includes my favorite Young Living essential oil Premium Starter Kit Recipes for both diffusers and roller balls. These are my favorite recipes to mix essential oils with carrier oil or while diffusing for a wonderful aroma.

YOUNG LIVING DIFFUSER RECIPE PSK

PREMIUM STARTER KIT ROLLER BALL RECIPES

SEASONAL SUPPORT ROLL-ON

  • Mix together in a 10 ml rollerball…..
    • 20 drops Lemon.
    • 20 drops Lavender.
    • 20 drops Peppermint.
  • Let sit for a day or two.
  • Fill the rest of the rollerball with carrier oil like light olive oil, almond oil or similar.
  • Roll onto back of neck, around ears,  on neck and throat and/or on the bottoms of little one’s feet, as often as needed, especially during the spring time or during the change of seasons.

SEASONAL SUPPORT DIFFUSER RECIPE

  • Equal parts….
    • Lemon, Lavender & Peppermint
  • Diffusing in my living room I use approximately 6-10 drops total of all the oils.
  • Diffusing beside my bed I only use 1-2 drops of each oil.

WELLNESS DIFFUSER RECIPE

  • For beside bed at night when we are needing to support our immune systems…….
    • 1 drop Thieves
    • 1 drop Raven
    • 1 drop Frankincense
  • Start with 30 minutes.

ADDING OTHER OILS OUTSIDE OF THE PSK

WELLNESS BLEND ROLL-ON

  • Mix together in a 10 ml rollerball…..
    • 15 drops Thieves
    • 15 drops Melrose
    • 15 drops Lemon
    • 7 drops Oregano
    • 7 drops Frankincense
  • Let sit for a day or two.
  • Fill the rest of the rollerball with carrier oil like light olive oil, almond oil or similar.
  • Roll onto both of feet or spine or around ears for wellness as often as needed during times of stress.

IMMUNE SUPPORT BLEND ROLL ON 

  • Mix together in a 10 ml rollerball…..
    • 15 drops Thieves
    • 15 drops Lemongrass
    • 15 drops Oregano
    • 15 drops Thyme
  • Let sit for a day or two.
  • Fill the rest of the rollerball with carrier oil like light olive oil, almond oil or similar.
  • Roll onto both of feet or spine or around ears for wellness as often as needed during times of stress.
